Mycellium Cordyceps is a fungus that grows in the highlands, live as parasites in the cocoon worm winged scales.
Cocoon that has been attacked by this fungus into the land of winter, in time they change shape forms the core of the fungus.
In this condition the outer shell of the worm body to be perfect. In summer, the mold core or body of dead worms,
will grow mushroom-shaped reproductive organs that resemble grass. Therefore,
cordyceps is also called “dong Chong Xia Cao” which means “winter worm, summer grass”.
Cordyceps mycellium containing approximately 7% acid cordyceps sinensis, 25 % protein, 8.4% fat (of which 82.2% are unsaturated fatty acids), contains 20 kinds of amino acids (including 8 kinds of amino acids that the human body needs), and many contain vitamins, minerals, ergosterol, hexoserol and various bases and biological enzymes.
