Taiwan Baihao Oolong is also known as Oriental Beauty or Dong Fang Mei Ren, unlike most high-quality Taiwan oolong teas, Oriental Beauty oolong tea are harvested in the spring or winter, the leaves of Bai Hao Oolong tea are processed to a greater degree of oxidation (around 50-60%) than other Taiwan oolong teas. Taiwan Beauty Oolong is with a very smooth and sweet flavor, virtually no astringency.
Brewing Tainwan Baihao Oolong Tea:
Suggest 8-10g of tea with 150-200ml,100.C water to brew as KongFu Tea,soak 5-10s a times,can brew over 6 times;
Storage:
Get sealed and put in the cool cold place, with the Room Temperature (Attention must be paid to: make sure the tea is sealed up, meanwhile can not put together with another odor, in case of taint of odour.
