Blue lotus tea, is a natural flower tea, made of a big blue lotus flower. Blue lotus tea can play a very good role in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and dredging the meridians.
1. Heat some fresh water just until it reaches the boiling point. Wait to the water cool to about 90°C.
